We currently deliver twice a week. You will receive two F&N delivery boxes always commencing on the next Sunday following your order.

1st box Sunday/Monday between 6pm-6am
2nd box Wednesday/Thursday between 6pm-6am

*Please note that all orders must be placed by Wednesday 11.59pm for your first delivery to commence on the coming Sunday (i.e. 4-5 days time).

Orders placed after Wednesday 11.59pm will commence on the Sunday of the following week (i.e. 11-12 days time).

You are unable to book delivery times but we can always give you a rough estimate of times on the day if you feel this would help you plan when you would be able to receive your order.

 

Within the admin area you will now be able to manage this personally. You can pause your account so you don’t receive food whilst you’re away and start it again once you’re home. Being able to manage your own account gives you the freedom to be flexible with your orders and also never miss a week by mistake. If you ever have any issues with your online ordering you can always contact us through our contact page.

Most of our customers are not present when we deliver their food. We will leave your box on your doorstep unless you provide us with specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. leave behind side gate, leave with night porter).

All food is protected in our boxes. All our food has been chilled and comes packed in Woolcool®, our eco insulation made from sheep’s wool that keeps it at the right temperature whatever the weather for up to 24 hours.

Our driver will collect the packaging on your next delivery so leave out your boxes, ice packs and Woolcool® insulation for the driver. We require that the ice packs and Woolcool® insulation are reused in order for us to return your deposit to you.

Please recycle the plastic food containers as by law we are not allowed to re-use.

We produce at our commercial kitchen that has been custom built for our team of chefs to hand cook and individually package all of our meals. We then deliver directly to you using our own delivery drivers and our temperature-controlled packaging.

Our menu changes on a weekly basis with seasonal influences to keep our food interesting and exciting. Please see our sample menu page for a more descriptive account.

Our service is not just about nutrition and results, it is also about convenience and saving you time. Every meal is individually packaged and should the meal need to be reheated, it is safe to do so in the microwaveable container your food arrives in.

Generally our meals have a natural shelf life of 4 days from the date of cooking. We recommend you check the use by dates provided on all of our meals.

Yes, however we never freeze them from our side as all meals are freshly produced to order. If you are planning on freezing at home then please take care to ensure your meals are frozen on the day of delivery and defrosted safely.

Many of our customers have dietary requirements that our chefs have to consider. We already offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian and Meat plans. Part of the unique idea behind Fuel & Nourish is that our meals are made fresh and specifically for you, so informing us of any dietary information or dislikes before we start preparing your meals will help. We will always do our utmost to prepare meals the way you like them with the foods you love. We take allergy information seriously but as our kitchen does handle allergens, we cannot make any guarantees when it comes to allergies.

We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, Amex, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard, JCB.

Your first delivery is charged for at the time of ordering. For all subsequent deliveries, the rolling weekly amount will be charged for the morning after your next order is created. This is always at midnight Wednesday the week before your next delivery is due.
