Applicable products will include the following statement on their packaging:
“Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.”
Not every product offered by Fuel + Nourish Co.™ is necessarily a cottage food product. Commercially produced, sourced, or otherwise regulated products may be subject to different requirements.
